Technical Consultant/Support Technician

Location:

GTP Services Headquarters - Larkspur, Colorado

General Summary:

To proficiently understand, train, consult, and support customers on the core functionalities of GTP Services product offers.


Core Functions

  • • Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of our full line of products
  • • Support customers on general questions all the way up to highly complex issues

Details of Function:

  • • Develop training curriculum that meets the demand of products and maintain the curriculum as the products and technology evolves
  • • Travel onsite to customers when applicable; to train/ consult on varies products
  • • Support customers and provide resolution by phone and/or email
  • • Coordinate trainings with the customer and arrange travel based on dates established
  • • Participates in trade shows and conventions

Qualifications:

  • • Ability to speak and teach in front of various size classroom style environments
  • • Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit experience a plus
  • • Knowledge of the Autodesk Fabrication Suite a plus
  • • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
  • • Ability to travel about 40% of a calendar year
